Responsibilities
Deliver strategic consulting engagements that drive measurable business improvements, client satisfaction, and successful adoption of NiCE solutions
Develop and execute business cases and value realization plans, aligning solution design, launch strategies, and success criteria with organizational priorities
Lead change management and stakeholder engagement, securing executive sponsorship and cross-functional buy-in throughout the project lifecycle
Provide expert advisory and project management, including financial analysis, ROI modeling, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Ensure program alignment and accountability, serving as the primary communication point and driving execution across consulting and implementation teams
Drive repeat business through successful delivery, thought leadership, and credibility in advisory services
Qualification
Required
Strong mix of consulting and operations experience
Experience in Contact Center/CCaaS Analytics and Quality program transformations
Unique blend of business, subject matter expertise, and technical savvy
Ability to influence cross-functional teams with or without formal 'direct-line' authority
Experience working within a matrixed organization
Ability to provide best practice guidance to ensure customer fully optimizes their business process
Experience in designing change strategy across people, process & technology
Experience as a consulting program leader, creating and owning the business case for a multi-tiered customer offering
Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor
Accountability toward assurance of customer value realization
Ability to identify opportunities for additional engagements through service subscription renewals and business development
Experience delivering strategic consulting engagements that drive measurable business improvements
Ability to develop and execute business cases and value realization plans
Experience leading change management and stakeholder engagement
Ability to provide expert advisory and project management, including financial analysis and ROI modeling
Experience ensuring program alignment and accountability
Ability to drive repeat business through successful delivery and thought leadership
