Responsibilities
Process customer transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals and loan payments
Maintain accurate records of all transactions
Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile discrepancies
Provide customer service and answer questions about bank products and services
Assist with opening and closing the bank
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Six months customer service experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong math and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure in a high monetary risk environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Preferred
Six months prior cash handling experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking ability
