Social Media Community Manager
CONFLUX SYSTEMS is seeking a Social Media Community Manager to manage their social media channels and represent the voice of the consumer. This role involves engaging with consumers, identifying risks and opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a positive social experience.

Responsibilities
Engage directly with consumers across owned social media platforms using social media management tools
Monitor social channels to flag opportunities, risks, and trends, supporting agile content development
Apply brand voice through social-native copywriting and commenting
Document and share social copywriting best practices across teams
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agency partners (digital, media, PR)
Support development and maintenance of social media initiatives, FAQs, and response libraries
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, platform features, and best practices
Represent the Consumer Engagement function professionally across the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Journalism, or equivalent experience
1–2 years of experience in community management or social media engagement
Proven copywriting and editing experience for social platforms and risk management
Hands-on experience with Sprinklr or similar social media management/listening platforms
Strong skills in consumer engagement, moderation, and issue escalation
Preferred
Bilingual Spanish or French
Childcare experience, personal or professional
