Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for site-level IT support, covering office, manufacturing, and warehouse environments
Own break/fix incidents and service requests end to end, including documentation, troubleshooting, coordination with other teams, and resolution within defined SLAs
Support and maintain end-user devices, peripherals, printers, local servers, and network components across one or more locations
Provide hands-on support for Apple (macOS/iOS) and Windows-based environments, including device setup, troubleshooting, and documentation
Deploy and manage devices and applications using SCCM or similar tools
Troubleshoot local servers (file/print, application connectivity, security-related issues) with minimal escalation
Support network and label printers (including Zebra and Lexmark) in a production environment
Assist with conference room technology, including Microsoft Teams Rooms
Participate in and lead infrastructure projects, from planning through execution, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget expectations are met
Follow Change and Problem Management processes, including root cause analysis and proper documentation
Collaborate with managed service providers to drive issue resolution
Create clear technical documentation and training materials for peers and end users
Provide support for handheld units (HHUs), vehicle-mounted units (VMUs), and VM1A devices in manufacturing environments

Required

8+ years of experience in deskside and site IT support, ideally within manufacturing or warehouse environments
Strong hands-on experience supporting Apple devices (MacBooks, iPads, iOS)
Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments
Network devices and infrastructure troubleshooting
Solid understanding of Active Directory, permissions, and system security
Experience with Change Management and Problem Management processes
Ability to manage multiple incidents, service requests, and project tasks simultaneously
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Proven customer-service mindset with professionalism, patience, and accountability

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
Microsoft certifications (MCSA/MCSE)
Experience with tools such as Azure, SCCM, AWS, Active Role Server, or similar platforms
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
Hardware warranty and repair certifications (Dell, HP strongly preferred)
