Responsibilities
Lead processes for consolidating month-end Inventory results and ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial reporting
Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts with a focus on Labor and Non-Labor expenses
Partner with multiple cross-functional teams in planning, communicating and analyzing Inventory performance
Create new monthly and weekly reports, as well as streamline existing reports that provide insight into past performance and future trends
Act as a key Inventory finance contact to the business and communicate effectively with non-financial leaders
Analyze data to drive actionable outcomes
Perform ad hoc analyses and special projects as assigned
Drive process improvements and reporting simplification
Qualification
Required
3+ years of related experience
BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance
Proven experience in analysis, modeling, and reporting financial performance, with a strong sense of curiosity
Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and timelines
Excellent computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Hyperion-Essbase a plus
Ability to independently develop processes and deliverables from general direction
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail, data integrity and accuracy
