Responsibilities

Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs throughout the facilities, manufacturing areas, laboratories, and grounds
Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on building and manufacturing equipment
Initiate, complete, and close out work orders using the Computerized Maintenance Management System

Qualification

Required

High School Diploma required
2+ years experience in maintenance or facilities work
Must possess a valid driver's license

Preferred

associate or bachelor degree in Construction, Electrical, HVAC, or related field preferred
Commercial or industrial facilities maintenance
Electronics troubleshooting and repair
Minimum two years maintenance experience preferred
