Drivability and Emissions Technician - PSRS II

The Colorado Department of Revenue is seeking a Drivability and Emissions Technician to join their Aurora Emissions Technical Center. Support technical evaluation and study vehicle intake
Inspect, Diagnose, Document, and Repair Study Vehicles
Participate in outreach and training
Investigate Motorists Complaints
Other Duties As Assigned

Required

Six (6) years of relevant experience in a dealership or independent repair facility performing job duties as a drivability technician
A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in automotive diagnosis and repair equal to six (6) years
Valid Colorado Driver's License
A pre-employment background check will be conducted as part of the selection process

Preferred

Previous State Service related to the work assigned to the position (REQUIRED)
ASE Master Certification (A1-A8)
ASE L1 Certification
Bilingual English/Spanish
