They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to support client account management, coordinate high-end client projects, and contribute to business development initiatives.

Assist with client account management

Qualification
Required
Excellent communication, organizational, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
Strong research skills and a thorough approach to tasks
Excellent customer service with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Shows an understanding of HNW lifestyles, expectations, needs and preferences
Good networker and relationship builder
Able to effectively manage requests from initiation to completion
Strong knowledge of restaurant and luxury lifestyle brands globally
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
Able to prioritise work, meet deadlines, make decisions and communicate effectively under pressure
Able to react and adapt quickly to new requirements and processes
A creative ability to conceptualise and deliver fresh and truly inspiring experiences
Meticulous attention to detail
A good level of IT skills (an understanding of CRM Systems, Google Docs, Canva and MailChimp preferable)
Fluent in English. Other languages are advantageous
