Responsibilities
Acting as an embedded Senior Recruiter for a high-growth US finance company
Owning end-to-end hiring across Product, Finance, Account and GTM roles
Working directly with founders and senior stakeholders (no layers, no blockers)
Running a high-velocity sourcing engine, being proactive, creative, and data-informed
Managing the full lifecycle: intake, sourcing, interviews, offers and closing the roles
Moving fast, prioritising quality, and keeping hiring managers honest
Delivering results in an environment where speed and signal matter
Qualification
Required
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, primarily in the US market
Prior experience as an embedded recruiter / RPO / in-house recruiter
Strong exposure to product, commercial, or tech-adjacent roles
You understand US hiring nuances, candidate psychology, and market dynamics
You don't wait to be told what to do - you see gaps and fix them
Comfortable working at pace, with ambiguity, and high expectations
You care about candidate experience and hiring outcomes
