10+ years expB&G Oilfield Services is seeking a Vice President of Operations to plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee all operational activities of the organization. The role is critical to the success of B&G’s core operating divisions and involves coaching, managing, and mentoring divisional leaders while ensuring operational efficiencies and financial analysis.

Responsibilities
Full responsibility for all of B&G’s operating divisions
Recruits along with Division managers, trains, mentors and manages leaders for each of B&G’s operating divisions
Leads with a strong ethical mindset and creates/fosters a culture of Safety
Identifies field level training needs and ensures proper training is developed and provided
Presents weekly and monthly reports detailing performance against targeted KPIs and financial goals
Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve organizational processes
Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in oilfield operations and opportunities
Ensures that departmental decisions and project plans such as those for staffing, employee development, equipment acquisitions, and facilities are in line with B&G’s business plan and vision
Able to align operational activities with Safety requirements
Performs other related duties as assigned

Minimum 10 years of Oilfield Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations or Management (or equivalent education and technical experience); MBA Preferred
Excellent management and supervisory skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Expert Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent analytical skills and interpreting large amounts of data
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Ten years or more of related experience required
Preferred
Experience using modern Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement methods (LEAN, TPM, 6 Sigma, TQM) preferred
