The program aims to support first-generation college students and those from underrepresented communities in their college application process.

Responsibilities
College counselors will offer individualized mentorship along with guidance in finding and applying to each student’s best-fit college or university
Essay coaches work with students to develop and fine-tune college application essays so that they highlight each student’s unique narrative
Test preparation goes beyond mere studying, including personal diagnostics, tailored tutoring, and test-specific testing strategies
Qualification
Required
Students must be a first generation college student OR a member of a racial group that is underrepresented in higher education
Students must also be a current junior in high school with a May/June 2027 high school graduation date
Students must plan on attending a US college/university after high school graduation
