The IT Quality Assurance Intern will gain real-world experience by applying AI automation in testing, performing various types of software testing, and collaborating with development teams to ensure software quality.

Responsibilities
Apply AI automation for creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to validate software quality
Use AI testing tool capabilities to triage defects
Document and report defects clearly and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution
Apply AI tools for requirement reviews to identify testable conditions and potential quality risks
Validate data integrity and accuracy across different environments
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with business stakeholders
Learn and apply QA best practices, standards, and methodologies
Utilize test management tools (Jira, X-Ray) to track and maintain test execution results
Explore opportunities to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for faster and reliable releases
Qualification
Required
Current undergraduate rising Junior or Senior enrolled in an accredited college or university who is pursuing a degree in related field and has an interest in the banking/financial services industry
Resourceful, enthusiastic, and proactive
Highly organized
Demonstrated strong attention to detail
Experience creating and delivering presentations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to learn quickly and solve problems
Strong analytical skills
Collaborative and inclusive team player
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Legally eligible to work in the U.S
