Responsibilities

Demonstrate strong initiative and attention to detail
Utilize all tools available to minimize MTBV and maximize availability
Posses the ability to analyze and resolve problems independently
Work within Siemens' safety guidelines
Train and mentor newer technicians
Collaborate with Lead Tech to ensure best practices
