Responsibilities
Writing/preparation of proposals, qualifications, letters, reports, presentations, and brochures
Proposal and other marketing material production
Develop and coordinate graphics, editing of layout materials
Updating resumes and project descriptions
Assist and coordinate all process updates including deadlines within marketing group, Stakeholders and Project Managers
Assist in conducting proposal meetings to capture strategy and themes in development process
Work with Project Managers for technical writing specific to each pursuit and client
Comprehensive knowledge and experience with InDesign software to produce quality desktop publishing documents (e.g. brochures, flyers, invitations, and presentation boards)
Marketing promotional gift items, maintain inventory for company
Assist with conference and exhibit booth set-up preparations: gather and package items
Social Media experience is a plus
Website maintenance knowledge a plus
Qualification
Required
5 or more years in A/E/C proposal management; leading proposal management process from start to finish
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Skilled in Microsoft Office programs, Adobe Creative Suite programs, specific to InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
Good organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, work overtime on occasion if needed to meet deadlines
Strong knowledge of A/E/C industry with emphasis on civil construction within municipal, county and state DOT proposals
Preferred
Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or English degree preferred
Social Media experience is a plus
Website maintenance knowledge a plus
Website, social media, and other marketing skills are a plus, but not required
