Responsibilities
Responsible for the evaluation of a finished product for quality and reliability
Performs inspection tasks anywhere in the facility or outside of the facility as directed
Troubleshoots rejected materials and communicates with the Quality Manager or Quality Supervisor
Determines and documents findings of inspection tasks (i.e. accepts or rejects)
Qualification
Required
High School Graduate or equivalent experience or GED
Minimum of 3-5 years of previous experience as a Quality Inspector in an industrial manufacturing environment
Ability to read and understand complex manufacturing drawings
Understands and is proficient with micrometers, dial bore gages, snap ring gages, plug gages, thread gauges and other measurement tools and equipment
Preferred
3-5 year of CMM programming
Understands CMM programming
