Qualification
Required
B.A. or B.S. degree in business or information technology related field
Six years of accounting or financial experience, including 4 years of increasing responsibilities in assignment supervision and management
Experience in Financial Management, Cost Estimating, Procurement Strategic Planning and Execution, or Business Management
Must be capable of leading projects that involve the successful management of multifunctional teams
Specialized experience includes project development, expertise in management and control of funds and resources, demonstrated capability in managing multiple tasks
Demonstrates written and oral communication skills
