Responsibilities
Prepare, process, and format documents, correspondence and other materials received from clients and prospects
Ensure all documents are accurate and comply with the firm’s standards
Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to meet client needs
Support the office management team by greeting guests, answering phones, and providing other services as required
Other duties as assigned by management from time to time
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal or professional services environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Punctuality and reliability
Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with clients and team members
Willingness to learn and continuously improve
Preferred
associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
