Responsibilities
Lead and Inspire: Provide sales motivation by leading teams that tour customers and assist sales personnel with affordable approaches to buying
Coach for Success: Counsel, advise, support, and motivate Sales Representatives to help them meet their sales objectives
Strategic Oversight: Keep informed of current financial sales data and inventory for maximum sales efficiency
Close with Excellence: Secure and approve pricing for sales transactions and handle customer inquiries or complaints in a constructive manner
Collaborate: Partner closely with marketing and resort operations to create seamless experiences that drive conversions
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in the timeshare industry with a proven track record of surpassing sales goals
Active Real Estate License (may be required depending on location.)
Strong relationship-building, persuasive communication, and the ability to lead a diverse workgroup to win-win solutions
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours if needed
Preferred
Ability to communicate in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus
