Office Manager
Opportunity Interactive is a local HVAC contractor in Dallas seeking an Office Manager. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers and provides support and direction to the office team and clients, ensuring high levels of customer service and management of office operations.

Responsibilities
Overseeing the CSR's and Service Dispatcher
Ensure highest level of internal customer service
Ensuring booking and service contract sales goals are being met and weekly KPI reports
Maintenance and upkeep of customer records
Maintain CRM software
Create monthly newsletter
Updated / Maintain Social Media
Maintenance and upkeep of lead generation sights
Assist owner with business planning, social media and marketing initiatives
Answering incoming calls
Resolve customer complaints and billing issues
Billing batching jobs
Accounts Receivable
Maintain and coordinate office supply Inventory
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3 to 5 Years office management experience in the service industry, call center, or similar industry
Experience supervising, training and motivating colleagues
Advanced Computer skills: WordExcel
Billing
Accounts Receivable
Strong data entry skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Preferred
Knowledge of HVAC industry is recommended but not required
QuickBooks experience (not required but a plus)
ServiceTitan software experience a plus!
Dispatching experience desired
