Responsibilities
Support the Accounting Department and work closely with the Accounting Manager and CFO
Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Prepare and generate financial reports in accordance with accounting and audit standards
Perform account reconciliations and research variances
Assist with government filings and regulatory reporting requirements
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
Assist with audit preparation and respond to information requests
Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Internship or prior accounting-related experience
