They are currently seeking Outside Sales Representatives to pursue sales opportunities in their Excavation and Water Restoration departments, focusing on providing solutions for plumbing and water-related issues to residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities
Conduct territory sales visits offering our excavation or water restoration services
Follow-up with current customers to offer established solutions to their plumbing or water problems
Use an established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to quote repair/replacement options/solutions and close the sale
Be a trusted informational resource for Roto-Rooter customers
Collect monetary payment and move on to the next service call
Direct interaction with vulnerable populations such as children or elderly
Extensive driving to customer in a timely and professional manner
Entering customers’ residence providing trustworthy service while solving the problem
Engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions for their plumbing or water-related issues
Leverage our established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes for repair/replacement options/solutions and effectively close sales
Collect monetary payment and move on to the next service call
Direct interaction with vulnerable populations such as children or elderly
Extensive driving to customer in a timely and professional manner
Entering customers’ residence providing trustworthy service while solving the problem
Identify and sell opportunities to repair and/or replace sewer lines for both residential and commercial customers
Conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to determine if there is root interruption or breakage in the sewer line resulting in the need for repair or replacement
Identify and sell opportunities to mitigate property damage caused by water to the residential and commercial market
Perform assessments of property to determine moisture levels and the need for demolition and drying to acceptable levels
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in outside sales
Ability to engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers
Leverage established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes
Ability to effectively close sales
Be a trusted information resource for customers
Collect monetary payment
Direct interaction with vulnerable populations such as children or elderly
Extensive driving to customers in a timely and professional manner
Entering customers' residence providing trustworthy service while solving the problem
