Responsibilities
Define and execute enterprise information security strategy aligned with business priorities
Serve as a senior advisor to executive leadership on cyber risk, compliance, and incident response
Lead security operations, including threat detection, response, and remediation
Own governance, risk, and compliance programs aligned with frameworks such as NIST CSF and SOX
Ensure compliance with data privacy, payment security, and regulatory requirements
Lead identity, access, and data protection strategies (IAM, PAM, encryption, DLP)
Partner with Infrastructure and Engineering teams to embed security into system design and SDLC
Oversee incident response planning and execution in coordination with Legal and leadership
Lead security teams and manage third-party security vendors and service providers
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in information security, enterprise IT, or risk management
7+ years of leadership experience managing teams and vendors
Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, SOX, PCI, and data privacy frameworks
Experience with hybrid cloud environments and large-scale enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP systems)
Proven ability to build and scale security programs in complex, distributed organizations
Strong executive communication skills and ability to translate technical risk into business impact
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
advanced degree or CISSP/CISM a plus
