Must be available to work weekends
Attend Grand Homes New Homes Sales training Classes
Learn the Grand Homes 'Critical Path of Sales'
Maintain a sharp, professional appearance
Utilize phone, computer, and customer service skills

Qualification

Commission-based sales experienceCustomer service skillsComputer literacyProfessional appearanceOutgoing personalityEnthusiastic attitudePhone skills

Required

Enthusiastic, Energetic, and CAN-DO attitude
Previous experience in commission-based sales
Must have sharp, professional appearance

Must carry an e-mail capable phone
Work 5 days each week, including weekends
