Responsibilities
Building and integrating information systems to meet the company’s needs across multiple domains or subject areas
Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with multiple technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it
Resolving complex technical problems as they arise
Providing supervision and guidance to multiple development teams
Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed
Informing various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented
Assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have
Providing updates to stakeholders on product development processes, and design
Working with multiple Project teams to construct logical and physical designs that stay true to enterprise Reference model and drive future state vision for Perdue
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field
15+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years focus on system architecture
Proven experience as an SAP S/4HANA Solutions Architect with processes
In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Manufacturing
Strong understanding of SAP best practices, methodologies, and tools
Strong written and oral communication skills, to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
Travel 25-50% to corporate office
Preferred
SAP S/4HANA certification is highly desirable
Knowledge of Information Security best practices and how they are implemented to protect on-premises and cloud-based applications
Experience with cloud solution design
Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and abilities of new technologies
