Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end case lifecycle for digital marketing initiatives, from intake through launch and settlements
Develop and maintain case plans, timelines, milestones, and approval gates
Coordinate dependencies across Legal, Marketing, CRM/IT, Analytics, and Intake Operations teams
Facilitate structured case reviews, status meetings, and go/no-go checkpoints
Identify, track, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies in a timely manner
Ensure adherence to defined governance, approval, and change-control processes
Maintain accurate project documentation and executive-ready status reporting
Act as the single point of coordination for marketing-related initiatives
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of experience in one or more of: Performance marketing or lead-generation agencies, Revenue or growth operations, Intake, call-center, or high-volume pipeline operations, Startup or growth-stage operations roles
Experience owning campaigns, funnels, or workflows with real consequences
Comfortable operating without perfect systems and building what's missing
Judgment: You know what matters, what doesn't, and when to move
Dependability: If you own it, it gets done
Solution-finding: When something is missing or broken, you figure it out
Urgency: You move fast and don't need to be pushed
Close-the-loop discipline: Open threads bother you
