IT Support Knowledge Specialist Intern
Munich Re America Services is a shared service organization that delivers services to all Munich Re US P&C Companies. The IT Support Knowledge Specialist Intern will gain real-world application of business and technical writing skills while assisting IT support teams and learning about various job functions and products.

Responsibilities
Review, create and update knowledge articles (used by IT support and end-users)
Assist with the maintenance of the ITSM tool (e.g. products, assignment groups)
Participate in project meetings to help manage the impact on IT support
Works with service owners to shift work left and create meaningful KB articles
Performs other duties as assigned or required
Qualification
Required
Grade Level: Rising sophomores (2029) and juniors (2028); master's students will not be considered
Positive and professional attitude
Strong communication skills (written English)
Can work independently with minimal supervision
Attention to detail
Effective time management skills
Solid writing skills required
Knowledge of MS Office
