Enterprise Analytics & Systems Manager

The Enterprise Analytics & Systems Manager is responsible for architecting and evolving the enterprise data and analytics ecosystem, transforming data into actionable insights to drive decision-making across various divisions.

Responsibilities

Architect, maintain, and evolve a unified enterprise data model spanning ERP, Procore, HubSpot, HRIS, payroll, CRM, and other operational platforms
Lead data integration, automation, and synchronization across enterprise systems using APIs, ETL pipelines, connectors, and data warehouses
Serve as the primary technical owner of the enterprise analytics architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability
Design and manage data pipelines that support near-real-time and scheduled reporting needs
Design, build, and maintain executive, operational, and financial dashboards supporting:
Construction project performance (cost, schedule, productivity, margin, WIP, forecasting)
Financial and accounting analytics (P&L, cash flow, AR/AP, working capital, KPIs)
Workforce and HR analytics (headcount, utilization, turnover, safety, training, compensation)
Sales, marketing, and pipeline analytics (lead flow, conversion rates, backlog, bookings, forecast accuracy)
Develop scalable BI solutions using tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, and cloud-based data platforms
Standardize dashboard structures, KPIs, and metric definitions to ensure consistent decision-making across markets and leadership levels
Own and administer Procore Analytics, delivering standardized executive and operational reporting related to:
Project safety, profitability, cost performance, productivity, and schedule adherence
Lead the development and management of Procore Workforce Planning analytics, including:
Labor forecasting and manpower curves
Crew utilization and capacity planning
Visibility into staffing needs for active and future projects
Partner with Operations, Safety, and Workforce Planning teams to ensure analytics reflect field realities and planning needs
Own HubSpot data architecture, reporting, and dashboards, ensuring accurate, reliable analytics
Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot, ERP, and project systems to support:
Revenue forecasting and backlog visibility
Customer performance and segmentation
Business development and pipeline health
Improve data quality, governance, and reporting consistency across sales and marketing workflows
Develop advanced analytics, statistical models, and predictive insights to support:
Project and financial forecasting
Workforce and capacity planning
Risk identification and margin protection
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executives and operational leaders
Support scenario modeling and “what-if” analyses for strategic planning and growth initiatives
Establish and enforce data governance standards, metric definitions, and reporting conventions across the organization
Define ownership, documentation, and validation processes for critical data sets and KPIs
Monitor data quality, integrity, and adoption; proactively identify and resolve data gaps or inconsistencies
Develop custom scripts, tools, and light applications to automate reporting, improve data accuracy, and extend system capabilities
Train and enable leaders and functional teams to effectively interpret and use analytics
Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on data, systems, and analytics strategy
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Safety, HR, IT, and Business Development to align analytics with business objectives
Prioritize analytics initiatives based on business impact, risk, and scalability
Manage vendors, consultants, and external data partners as needed
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and internal control requirements
Continuously evaluate new tools, platforms, and best practices to improve analytics maturity

Required

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of progressive experience in analytics, BI, data architecture, or enterprise reporting roles
Advanced proficiency with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and Power Query
Strong SQL skills and experience working with APIs and system integrations
Experience supporting financial, operational, and project-based analytics
Proven experience translating data into executive-level insights

Preferred

Experience with Procore, NetSuite, HubSpot, Paylocity, or similar platforms
Background in construction, MEP, data centers, or manufacturing environments
Experience with workforce planning or labor forecasting analytics
Exposure to AI-assisted analytics, predictive modeling, or automation tools
Experience with Python or similar analytics scripting languages
Experience operating in multi-entity or high-growth organizations
