Administrative Assistant

They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their home center team with various administrative and business processes, including document management and communication between departments.
Real Estate
Responsibilities
Create and maintain customer files & documents
Assist with audit preparation and compliance
Provide administrative support for home center team by partnering with corporate teams to carry out sales, marketing, human resources, and other business processes
May assist with accounting & operations functions such as billing, inventory, and invoicing
Utilize Clayton’s internal technology and platforms
Prepare documents and other correspondence as requested by the Home Center Manager
Effectively communicate between different departments or individuals within the organization
Assist visitors with general questions and route phone calls and messages
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes with ease
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Possess strong customer service skills
Collaborative self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
Preferred
billing and invoicing: 1 year
