Responsibilities

Define and design end-to-end Maximo architecture for enterprise asset management
Ensure alignment with best practices and client requirements
Lead technical delivery teams through all phases of implementation (requirements, design, build, test, deploy)
Provide guidance on integration with other enterprise systems (ERP, IoT, analytics)
Configure and customize Maximo applications, including workflows, automation scripts, and integrations
Optimize system performance and scalability
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into technical solutions
Conduct workshops and presentations for stakeholders
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and quality standards
Stay updated on Company Maximo roadmap, emerging technologies, and industry trends

Qualification

Required

8+ years in Maximo implementation and delivery roles
Proven track record as an architect or technical lead on large-scale projects
Experience with Java, SQL, and web technologies
Deep expertise in Company Maximo Asset Management (versions 7.x and/or MAS)
Strong knowledge of Maximo architecture, integration frameworks, and deployment models
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

IBM Maximo certifications preferred
Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS) and containerized deployments
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud)
Knowledge of IoT, AI, and predictive maintenance solutions
