Responsibilities
Oversee accounting and reporting activities supporting structured finance and related financial reporting needs
Lead the annual audit process, including planning, documentation, and timely resolution of inquiries
Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements, disclosures, and supporting schedules
Coordinate tax-related activities across multiple entities in partnership with external advisors
Partner with internal stakeholders and third parties (e.g., external advisors/counterparties) to support reporting and compliance needs
Qualification
Required
CPA designation required
4+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting and/or financial services industry exposure)
Strong technical accounting background, including required hands-on experience with ASC 860, ASC 810, and ASC 310
Experience partnering with external audit and tax providers and managing related deliverables
Exceptional communication skills with confidence operating in high-stakes, cross-functional conversations
