Responsibilities
Lead a team responsible for compensation P&L reporting
Deliver monthly calculations, reconciliations, and insights
Partner closely with senior management, Payroll, and HR
Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting cycles
Be a driver of process improvement and reporting accuracy
Qualification
Required
4+ years in accounting/finance, ideally with compensation focus
2+ years' experience managing or mentoring a team
Ideal background working within Consulting and or Financial Services
Strong analytical mindset and Excel skills
Clear, confident communicator with executive presence
Degree in Accounting or Finance
