Responsibilities
Provide general support for firmwide attorney onboarding, including integration, orientation, and expense tracking
Support the planning and execution of attorney programs and trainings
Maintain detailed records of activities and participation
Assist in the creation and upkeep of an attorney database
Coordinate training sessions and meetings with attorneys, including calendaring and LMS (Learning Management System) tracking
Utilize the LMS to generate reports and identify training trends
Qualification
Required
Strong technical capabilities with Microsoft Office
Easily able to learn the use of software programs
Strong organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Good judgment in a professional environment
