Sales Manager - Speciality and International
Hanky Panky is a women-led company known for its comfortable thongs and sustainable practices. They are seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead and grow their Specialty and International business, focusing on building relationships and maximizing sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for international and specialty channels that align with overall company goals
Own channel performance through forecasting, planning, and profitability management
Lead, coach, and develop your direct report through clear goal setting and ongoing feedback
Build and deepen long-term relationships with distributors and sales rep groups
Partner closely with key account buying teams to optimize assortments and unlock growth opportunities
Plan and execute tradeshows and market weeks, from prep through onsite execution
Reduce markdown exposure and manage fashion liability to improve channel profitability
Drive cross-functional process improvements and support adoption of internal tools, including the B2B platform NuOrder
Monitor market trends and identify new international and specialty growth opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in an Account Executive or similar sales role
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong reporting and analytical skills
Comfortable learning and navigating sales and operations platforms such as NuOrder, Monday.com, Exenta, and EDI systems
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to represent the brand confidently
Willingness to travel 1 to 2 times per year or as business needs require
Preferred
Experience working with international distributors strongly preferred
