Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain financial models supporting forecasting, growth initiatives, and operational planning
Analyze revenue, expenses, capital needs, performance trends, and key operational drivers
Prepare and update rolling forecasts; support the annual budgeting cycle with improved tools and processes
Build dashboard reports and executive-ready presentations for senior leadership and the Board
Monitor KPIs, perform variance analysis, and provide actionable financial insights
Conduct ad-hoc analyses tied to investment decisions, product economics, and strategic priorities
Track budgets and burn rates across grants, contracts, and multi-program portfolios
Partner cross-functionally to align financial insights with operational metrics
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate reporting, and improve financial systems
Support ongoing development of reporting packages used for strategic planning and decision support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
2–4+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience within high-growth, data-driven, or analytical environments
Advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, lookups)
Strong PowerPoint and presentation-building capabilities
Solid understanding of financial statements, GAAP concepts, and forecasting methodologies
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data for non-financial stakeholders
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Curious, collaborative, and comfortable working in a hands-on analytical role
Preferred
Experience in tech, healthcare, data analytics, or related sectors
Exposure to QuickBooks, Bill.com, or similar accounting tools
Familiarity with project-based accounting or grant/contract budget tracking
Ability to work closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and operational departments
