General Manager- Private Membership Club
Hutchinson Consulting is seeking a dedicated General Manager for a recently opened private dining and social Club. The role involves overseeing all aspects of operations, ensuring member satisfaction, managing financials, and leading marketing efforts to enhance the club experience.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all club operations
Ensure member satisfaction by handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly
Recruit, train, and supervise club staff
Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and contracts
Plan and coordinate club events and functions
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new members
Ensure all legal and safety guidelines are followed
Monitor club facilities and equipment and arrange for repairs when necessary
Communicate with members regarding services, fees, and member needs
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualification
Required
5-10 years' proven success as a Club Manager or similar role in upscale/luxury environment
Strong understanding of membership/club management procedures
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong financial and facilities management
Strong leadership and organizational abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and club management software
Ability to handle the physical demands, including long period of standing/walking
BS degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or relevant field
