Responsibilities
Rack, build, cable, configure, and provision servers
Rack, cable, and deploy Cisco Layer 2 networking equipment
Perform server hardware troubleshooting, testing, and QA
Resolve hardware issues via ticketing systems
Lift up to ~50 lbs and work on ladders for extended periods
Travel as required based on business needs
Qualification
Required
Server OS installation: Windows Server, Linux, Unix
Strong cabling knowledge (port mapping, cable types, usage)
Basic server and hardware troubleshooting skills
Understanding of computer hardware assets
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred
Cisco Layer 2 networking deployment experience
RAID level knowledge
Web server or database installation exposure
