Mid LevelROCKCREST is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) Consultant to provide administrative and advisory support for a large-scale enterprise training initiative. This role focuses on configuring and managing training delivery within SuccessFactors LMS while collaborating with internal project teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Administer and configure the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System, including creation and maintenance of training libraries, curricula, and learning assignments
Schedule and manage multiple training modalities, including e-learning, virtual/webinar-based training, and instructor-led classroom sessions
Partner with business subject matter experts to deploy training content into the LMS (content creation handled by internal teams)
Ensure accurate learner assignments, tracking, and reporting for large user populations
Support training readiness activities leading up to UAT and go-live milestones
Advise stakeholders on LMS best practices, effort estimates, and realistic training timelines
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) Consultant or Administrator
Strong understanding of LMS configuration, learning assignments, and training administration at scale
Experience supporting enterprise or global organizations with complex training needs
Ability to work independently in a staff-augmentation or advisory capacity
Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with both technical teams and business users
