Framework is actively scaling a residential sales division focused on high-ticket roofing and window projects. The In-Home Sales Representative will engage directly with homeowners in a consultative sales environment, guiding them through informed decisions on energy-efficient exterior remodeling projects.

Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations
Diagnose problems and present structured solutions
Guide homeowners through informed decisions
Follow a repeatable sales process designed to help homeowners make informed decisions, not pressure tactics
Qualification
Required
High-Ticket Sales experience
Ability to work directly with homeowners in a consultative, in-home environment
Comfortable in a performance-based environment
Ability to stay consistent when results take time
Take responsibility for outcomes
Prefer structure, systems, and accountability
Desire for advancement based on numbers – not politics
Own means of transportation
Valid driver's license
Proof of car insurance
Ability to work early evenings and the occasional weekend
Comfortable working in a predominantly performance-based, commission sales role
Willingness to undergo a background check
