Responsibilities
Providing end-to-end application management with a focus on planning, building, supporting, and vendor management for different IT programs and initiatives
Leading implementations, building business relationships, and supporting systems for various business functions within G&A
Qualification
Required
Bachelors and/or Master's degree in a technical field
Minimum of 8+ years' experience in IT
Minimum 3+ years' IT experience working in pharmaceutical industry
Experience managing IT SOX compliance in a regulated environment
Experience working with HR, Finance, and/or Legal teams within pharmaceutical industry
Excellent management, leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management
Preferred
Experience implementing and managing NetSuite, Workday, or other ERP is desired
Experience working with Expense Management, Legal Contract Management, Talent Management, or Performance Management solutions is desired
Experience leading global application implementations or integrations is a plus
Experience working with pharmaceutical CMC or Supply Chain is a plus
