Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of an actionable product and AI strategy aligned to DeepHow’s growth objectives
Develop a strategic assessment of the market and adjacency, and create a compelling expansion vision for the product
Define long-term product and AI bets, sequencing, and investment priorities
Partner with the executive team to align product direction with company strategy, revenue goals, and customer outcomes
Own end-to-end product discovery, user research, prioritization, and delivery
Drive the roadmap across platform capabilities, multimodal AI, workflows, video editing, and mobile platforms
Ensuring product execution is tightly linked to adoption, retention, and measurable business impact
Establish strong product operating rhythms, planning cadences, and release discipline in partnership with engineering
Maintain deep engagement across current and future customers
Translate customer needs into productized outcomes applicable for broader market
Support the GTM motion by partnering with Sales & Marketing
Represent DeepHow’s product and AI strategy with customers, investors, and industry audiences
Qualification
Required
12+ years in product, engineering, or applied AI leadership roles
Proven experience with AI‑powered SaaS products
Experience scaling product organizations in growth‑stage environments
Strong grasp of modern AI systems (LLMs, multimodal models, RAG systems)
Experience building and operating AI platforms
Manufacturing, industrial technology, and frontline operations (Strong Plus)
Familiarity with operational workflows, training ecosystems, and standard work
Easy to work with
Strategic product thinker and hands-on operator
High-energy, reliable, and responsive leader who moves at market speed without sacrificing quality
Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, challenges assumptions, and learns quickly
Proactively identifies issues before they escalate
Strong executive presence with the ability to connect technical depth to real-world outcomes
