Consulting Manager
twentyAI is seeking a Consulting Manager who will bridge internal teams, partner organizations, and customers to ensure successful solution delivery. This role involves leading pre-sales support, partner enablement, and implementation execution while serving as a trusted advisor for functional and technical solution alignment.
Responsibilities
Serve as primary functional and technical contact for partners and direct customers within the assigned territory
Support pre-sales activities including demonstrations, solution design, and requirements discovery
Lead end-to-end implementations, producing core project artifacts such as plans, design documentation, gap analysis, testing materials, and approvals
Develop and deliver partner enablement through training sessions, webinars, and self-service learning content
Track and promote partner certification and compliance with program standards
Identify expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts
Maintain accurate project documentation and status reporting in internal systems
Partner with product teams to stay current on new capabilities and communicate updates to the field
Contribute to RFP responses, proposals, and customer presentations
Build and maintain internal knowledge resources and best-practice documentation
Represent the organization at partner events, conferences, and industry forums
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, or enterprise software implementation
Strong knowledge of retail operations and omnichannel environments
Proven ability to map business needs to technology solutions
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
Demonstrated success delivering training to partners and customers
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related discipline
Ability to travel up to 25–40%
Preferred
PMP, ITIL, or similar certifications
