Responsibilities
Review business requirements and technical specifications to develop effective test plans and cases
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing across multiple applications
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, and end-users to clarify requirements and resolve defects
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure compliance with internal quality standards
Utilize automation tools to increase testing efficiency and coverage
Maintain automated test suites and align them with application updates
Prepare clear and comprehensive test documentation and reports
Identify and contribute to continuous improvement opportunities in QA processes and tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including automated testing
Experience using automation tools such as Playwright
Familiarity with SQL for basic database validation
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Experience testing APIs with tools such as Postman or REST Assured
Exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of automated test frameworks and scripting languages
Preferred
Experience with Dynamics BC is a plus
