Responsibilities
Monitor incoming broker submissions and accurately enter all required information into Jetfile
Create, maintain, and organize underwriting files for each submission throughout its lifecycle
Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation entered into the system
Assist with processing Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Non‑Reliance Letters (NRLs), and other documentation needed to maintain broker relationships
Support underwriters throughout the quote and bind process by preparing, editing, and organizing required documents
Manage and update all Jetfile‑generated documents associated with each quote
Create and prepare invoices, binders, surplus lines tax acknowledgements, and other closing materials
Track required documentation to support timely policy issuance
Generate reports from Jetfile as requested by underwriting or leadership
Support ongoing data integrity efforts to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
Maintain positive working relationships with brokers by ensuring prompt, accurate, and professional communication
Assist with general administrative tasks that support smooth departmental operations
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency with document management systems; experience with Jetfile a plus
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred
Prior experience in underwriting support, operations, insurance administration, or a related role preferred
