Trading Operations Specialist
Madison Investments is currently seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven professional to join their Operations team as a Trading Operations Specialist. The role involves learning all aspects of the post-trade process and assisting with various operational tasks while collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities
Perform post-trade functions, such as communicating trade information to outside trading departments throughout the day, to facilitate timely trade settlement
Assist the Operations Department in completing other daily/weekly/monthly operational checks and tasks
Develop the necessary skills to help Portfolio Managers & Traders with trade related issues
Provide backup for other Operations staff
Assist in Special Operational Projects
Qualification
Required
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Strong computer, software, and internet navigation skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgment and discretion
Willingness to learn new things and implement process improvements
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
1 year of working experience and/or knowledge of the investment industry is preferred, but not required
