Use cold calling, sourcing tools, and social media platforms to find, engage, and build relationships with healthcare professionals
Conduct virtual interviews and manage compliance
Submit candidates for contract positions across the country

Qualification
Required
4+ years experience in agency staffing, sales or business preferred
Demonstrates the ability to think quickly and confidently in dynamic situations; comfortable navigating ambiguity and learning in real time
Strong phone presence with excellent conversational and relationship-building skills
Flexible and adaptable; able to pivot strategies when something isn't working and take initiative to course-correct
Self-motivated and internally driven; does not rely on external pressure to complete core responsibilities
Highly self-sufficient with the ability to independently prioritize workload and manage time without constant direction
Proven ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and follow-through
Maintains composure in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
Natural self-starter who leads their work, proactively prioritizes team needs, and does not wait for tasks to be assigned
Comfortable with performance metrics and high-volume outreach
HS diploma or GED required
