They are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews on commercial and industrial projects, ensuring safety and quality while keeping projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise electricians on active job sites

Ensure all work meets safety standards and OSHA requirements

Review drawings, plan upcoming work, and coordinate with other trades

Attend GC coordination meetings on behalf of LLR Electric

Create short-term plans (weekly/3-week look ahead) to keep the job on track

Order materials and manage manpower/equipment needs

Track job progress and communicate updates to the PM and Superintendent

Perform daily quality checks and address issues quickly

Complete basic project documentation (daily logs, timekeeping, safety forms)

Qualification

Electrical construction experienceOSHA 10 certificationLeadership experienceNEC understandingBlueprint readingCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsMentoring ability

Required

5+ years in electrical construction

At least 1 year of leadership experience (managing 5+ electricians)

OSHA 10 (required)

Strong understanding of NEC, electrical systems, and commercial/industrial installations

Ability to read blueprints, one-lines, and specs

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to stay organized, plan ahead, and mentor others
