Responsibilities
Perform design, installation and testing of electrical/electronic components
Conduct basic analyses of electrical/electronic system performance
Develop plans and specifications for electrical systems
Troubleshoot electrical systems; may involve calibration and oversight of repair work
Prepare drawings, schematic diagrams and related documentation associated with electrical components and systems
Develop project budgets, make purchases and monitor expenses. Interact with vendors regarding procurement and delivery issues
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
Three to four years of job related experience
Professional level knowledge and skills in the application of electrical engineering principles, processes and practices
Skills in application of regulations, codes and safety practices associated with electrical systems
Use of office and engineering/technical related computer applications, databases and systems
