As a Category Product Specialist within Global Product Management, you will support the Category Manager in managing product lifecycles and ensuring successful execution of roadmap priorities across brands and platforms.

Responsibilities
Support the Category Manager in assessing new ideas across brands and platforms
Contribute to roadmap recommendations, lifecycle planning and phase-out strategies
Support portfolio optimization based on category performance and market feedback
Participate in post-market surveillance and hyper-care activities together with brand teams
Assist in tracking performance, issues and risk areas across the category
Support Category Manager in go-to-market optimization from a portfolio point of view
Contribute input to commercial readiness packages in alignment with Marketing Operations and Digital Marketing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, audiology or similar
Experience in product management, marketing, audiology or a technical commercial role
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to coordinate cross-functional tasks and deliver to deadlines
Comfortable working with technical information and translating it into structured outputs
Structured and proactive in identifying opportunities and issues
Enjoys working across functions and brands
Clear written and verbal communicator
Takes responsibility and follows through on tasks independently
Executes assigned category tasks and portfolio analytics within agreed scope and timelines
Provides input and structured analysis to Category Manager; final decision rests with Category Manager
Coordinates with brand and central teams to gather inputs, resolve open points and ensure task progress
This position requires up to 10% travel, including both domestic and international trips
Preferred
Exposure to medical devices, audiology or diagnostics is an advantage
