Oversee daily office operations and workflow
Support and service home & auto insurance policies
Assist with quoting, endorsements, renewals, and client follow-ups
Communicate with clients in English and Spanish
Maintain compliance, documentation, and policy processing
Support sales and retention efforts
Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal operations

Qualification

Illinois P&C licenseBilingual (English & Spanish)Insurance agency experienceCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Active Illinois Property & Casualty (P&C) license (Home & Auto)
Bilingual (English & Spanish) – verbal and written
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused office environment

Preferred

Insurance agency or carrier experience preferred
