Responsibilities
Lead larger-scale Data Quality programs for clients
Design cross-domain data models and oversee Data Quality solution delivery
Provide thought leadership and set delivery standards
Lead client presentations with KPI framing and storytelling
Guide clients on priorities, decisions, and program direction
Review project-wide system and scan configurations for consistency
Identify harmonization opportunities across multiple data sources and guide strategies to improve consistency and standardization
Contribute to the development of methodology, templates, and training materials
Support pre-sales activities, including RFPs, SOWs, and resource planning
Deliver training and organizational readiness initiatives
Build trusted advisor relationships with clients
Manage project teams and ensure deliverables meet scope and quality
Qualification
Required
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
8–12 years of relevant experience
Expert SQL and performance optimization
Design cross-domain data models and provides architectural guidance
Proven experience identifying and executing harmonization opportunities across sources
Experience managing teams and resources
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
Self-starter, adaptable, and results-driven
Willingness to travel up to 100%
Preferred
ERP functional knowledge
PMP or equivalent certification
